Sessions are $140 per 50 minute session. Limited sliding scale spots available.

PSYCHOTHERAPY: INSURANCE

I accept Cigna, Aetna, Tri-Care, and United insurance for residents of Colorado. After completing a free consultation and deciding to move forward, you can use the forms below to submit your insurance information for authorization through our billing company, RMH Billing, prior to your first appointment. Your forms will be stored securely.

*Please submit both your insurance form and your credit card information. This will be stored securely with our billing company, RMH billing, and used for copays and deductibles.
